OLYCOX KC – Series
Reactive monomer series with allyl and hydroxy functionality for UV systems.
OLYCOX™ products combine excellent compatibility and performance, making them ideal for high-end coatings, adhesives, and photoreactive formulations.
Properties and Application Fields of the OLYCOX™ KC-Series
CAS No. 9011-53-4
The OLYCOX™ KC-series consists of organic acrylic polymer binders developed for shaping ceramics and metal powders. These binders decompose at relatively low temperatures during the firing process, leaving minimal ash residue.
Thanks to their narrow particle size distribution and excellent flow and film-forming properties, OLYCOX™ binders are well suited for press molding, extrusion, injection molding, and granulation. They offer strong binding strength, high plasticity, and outstanding wettability on metal powder surfaces.
Additionally, they are soluble in a wide range of solvents and provide high water resistance, making them ideal for diverse ceramic and powder metallurgy processes.
NAGASE supplies OLYCOX KC Series binders globally for technical molding, granulation, and powder processing applications across industries like ceramics, electronics, and advanced materials.
