OLYCOX KC-series products are organic binders for forming ceramics and powder metals.
They are acrylic polymers, which are depolymerized and decomposed at relatively low temperatures with a very small amount of ash generated after baking.

Features
OLYCOX KC-series products feature excellent binding ability, film forming ability and flowability, and consist of fine particles, which particle size is distributed in a narrow range. Therefore, these binding agents are applicable for pretreatment of hot press and injection as well as granulation by stirring. Moreover, OLYCOX KC-series feature good wetting characteristics for the surface of metal powders and are soluble in a wide range of solvents and are excellent in water resistance and plasticity.

Product Varieties
We offer two grades of binders:
KC-1700P with a lower MW and KC-1300 with a higher MW, which is decomposed at still lower temperature (<300°).
