Applications
A phosphorus source used to form Phospho-silicate Glass (PSG) and Boro-phospho-silicate Glass (BPSG) layers through deposition process in wafer fabrication. An important electronic chemical needed for the manufacturing of semiconductor, discrete devices and MEMS products.
